A fun-sized, funky tribute to Don Knotts and the classic spooky comedy The Ghost and Mr. Chicken, from Canadian electro neuromantic artist VHSRiP and American musician Sir Richard. The collaboration was born when Rich and VHSRiP got to talking about their shared love of all things Don Knotts over a custom pin that Rich designed. The two hatched a plan to pay homage to the man and the film: Sir Richard would bring the 60s Hammond organ sound to the mix, while VHSRiP would delve into her encyclopedic knowledge of all things 1980s to exhume some funky sounds a la Ray Parker, Jr. and Rockwell. The two would fuse these sounds into a complementary feast of spooky, funky thrills-- at least that was the idea. You can tell us if they succeeded!
